NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE OLYMPIC HARRIER & ATHLETIC CLUB INC FOR 2019/2020 WILL BE HELD AT THE JOHNSONVILLE BOWLING CLUB, FRANKMOORE AVENUE, JOHNSONVILLE

  3. Matters arising from the Minutes

  4. Presentation and adoption of the Annual Report 

  5. Presentation and adoption of the Financial Statement for the year ended 30 September 2020

  6. Adoption of the Budget 

  7. Election of Office Bearers 

  8. Nomination of life members

  9. Remits and notices of motion:

    • The constitution be amended to allow the Committee to set subs, instead of doing so at an AGM.

  10. General business

Nominations are called for positions on the club committee, please send any nominations to the secretary. All notices of motion and items for general business should be also forwarded to the secretary by Wednesday 18 November 2020.
