Pack run/walk from the club rooms, 29 August, 1:45
As the light in the mornings starts to get brighter, we have a couple of club day runs in a row, leading to the two club events to wrap up the season. Not sure the sun will be shining this Saturday tho'...
Club and Wellington Road Champs last week
Near perfect conditions saw some great racing and a lot less shivering than last year. The race completed the big four Wellington Interclub points races and Olympic had four winners: Millie Jenkins (G11), Jess Jenkins (G13), Michelle Van Looy (W35) and Will Anthony (B13). Well done! Will did extra awesome, scoring 399 points (three firsts and a second). Also Georgie Farle, Michaela Walker, Blair Atmore-Jones, Seamus Kane were 2nd or 3rd in their grades. Good stuff.

National Road Relays are coming up in Christchurch on 3 Oct
It is the 75th anniversary and it is a blast running from the edge of town over the Port Hills to Akaroa. We have accommodation lined up but the places are not unlimited -- contact Brian Rusbridge Brian.Rusbridge@nzct.org.nz to sort things out. Start looking for flights now - there is as much competition in finding the cheapest flight as there is in the race itself!
