Opening day at Clubrooms, Bannister Ave Johnsonville, Saturday 28th Mar, 1:45pm
Welcome to new and returning runners of all ages as the Harriers season for 2015 gets underway.  If you know someone who would like to join a club that enjoys their running and is open and friendly with a great history please point them to this site.  Our motto is "Running for all" and we really mean it!

The afternoon will start with a welcome and the normal housekeeping before heading off for a run or walk around the neighbourhood.  For any new people do bring your shoes - we split into groups of similar ability and normally go out for about an hour.  No-one gets left behind and there will be choices for younger members.  After the run we catch our breath in the clubrooms with a cup of tea.

Details on registration and the syllabus for the season will be available soon. There are a few minor changes to the way fees get handled, but essentially they are the same as last year.  No need to pay on the day.   The syllabus maps out the season ahead and has details of the various training sessions for different age groups.

Important dates:

• Tue 31 Mar - Seniors training at the clubrooms moves to 6:00pm
• Sat 4 Apr - Club day
• Sat 11 Apr - Maiden / Perston, first club race of the year
• Sat 25 April - Shaw Baton, first inter club race
