Nine Olympic Harrier members have been chosen to represent the Wellington Centre at the North Island Cross Country championships this Saturday.

The nine, part of a team of thirty drawn from clubs around the Wellington region, were selected because of their performances in recent Interclub races.

Instead of wearing their club uniforms on Saturday, the team will be recognisable by their yellow Wellington Centre singlets.

The Olympic members are:

Senior Men: Mike Wakelin, Hayden Prosser
Masters Men: Barry Prosser
Junior Men: Matt Prosser, Lyndon McGaughran
Senior Women: Moana Burt
Masters Women: Jill Westenra
Junior Women: Dana Hastie, Aleisha Keating
