Second Harriers Open Day 1 Apr 2009.
The second open day for 2009 is on this Saturday. The times are the same as last week:
Juniors 1pm. There will be information on how we operate through the season, opportunities to ask questions, and of course activities for the juniors.
Seniors 2pm. More information given, questions answered, a special offer from io (the altitude training people) and of course some easy pace graded walks & runs - bring your gear.
