Summer run - Korokoro Stream 1 Dec 2016.
Pack run/walk, Cornish St, Petone , Sat 3 Dec, 1:45pm
One of our traditional summer runs, back in business after extensive track work. Run up the Korokoro Stream then decide whether to tackle the trig, head up to Oakley Street or just return.
The post run get together will be at the clubrooms.
To get to Cornish St go under bridge just as you get to Petone, then slow down because 25m on the left is Cornish Street.
Sowing a seed...
Barbara Morrison and Michelle van Looy had a great time at the iconic Queenstown Marathon. Barbara is considering doing it again next year and was wondering if any other club members would be interested. If you would be one of those people, pencil in Saturday 18 November 2017 and either catch Barbara at the Club or at bardymorrison(at)gmail(dot)com
Athletics

Well recommended for all ages, and Chris gets the balance of fun, performance, and a bit of pain spot on.

Social Contacts
There are a couple of active Facebook pages associated with the club. If memory serves you need to be accepted to get access but that is not a big hassle. A variety of semi organised runs at different levels, encouragement for summer track athletes, and celebrations of current (and some past) performances all turn up regularly.
