TempoFit returns next week 9 May 2016.

Our next 6-week block of TempoFit is starting the week of 16 May.  Times are Mondays and Thursdays at 6am in Tawa, and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6.30am in Ngaio/Khandallah.  Plus we have Long Slow Social Distance Runs on Sundays at 8am at various locations around Wellington.

TempoFit is designed for your everyday jogger, plodder and weekend warrior. So long as you can run 5km non-stop (at any speed) you will fit in perfectly at TempoFit and have plenty of company.
