New Online Entry System for the XC and Road Season 4 May 2016.
This winter season club members won’t need a shoe timing chip. We are using race bibs this year instead. All race bibs will have a barcode that will be scanned at the end of each race. The bibs are already used for the Kids XC series and have proved very popular and assisted with producing fast and accurate results.
You are encouraged to enter in time to receive a personalised race bib. You have the option to enter each race separately or to enter all four events at the start of the season. If you enter by Friday 13 May you'll receive a personalised race bib on the day of the Vosseler. If you enter all four races then you will use the same race bib for each event (no need to line up more than once to get your bib). The race bibs will be available at the first interclub you compete in (so for the Vosseler go to the WHAC clubrooms at least 30 minutes before your race).
Enter online at least a week prior to each interclub and you will receive a personalised race bib. If you register within the week or on the day then you will receive a handwritten race bib. All starters must wear a bib. You must be a financial member to enter and compete.
The interclub events you can enter online are:
- Vosseler Shield, Saturday 21 May
- Dorne Cup Saturday 11 June
- Wellington Cross Country Champs, Sunday 24 July (note it is Sunday not Saturday this year)
- Wellington Road Champs, Saturday 20 August

Important Notes:
- Please make sure you are financial with your club BEFORE Wednesday 18 May at the latest if you want to compete at the Vosseler, or the Wednesday prior to any of the other three events.
- It will be a lot easier on the day of your race if you've pre-entered as your race bib will be ready for collection. Otherwise it will take longer. Once you've picked up your race bib then that's your race bib for the season so make sure you keep it in a safe place.
