Christmas run/walk from the clubrooms, 19 December, 1:45pm
Time to express your creativity and lack of inhibition by sharing with Johnsonville the experience that is Olympic Harriers.  Dress up if you want -- there is a prize for  "the most creative" costume  -- and we will gather afterwards at the club.  Bring a plate if you would like to stay on, and we will quite likely get the BBQ out.

Night of Miles

Need a bit of motivation to get the miles up?
Palmerston North Rotary Club has a website called ru^4it (http://www.pnrotary.co.nz/ru%5E4it/iam.php) that helps track the miles you run walk or cycle.  The idea is that your sign up fee of $30 goes to the Rotary Club's twin projects of supporting youth and eliminating polio, while you get to track your virtual progress from Bluff to Cape Reinga.
